Some people who are economical with money attract the same type of people 'discount agents' who cannot negotiate and lose vast amounts of money for their vendors, that is sad because a seller thinks they are saving money on commission but they actually losing money because they don't employ a skilled agent to pay correct the commission and make a profit for them if that makes sense . ~I have an attraction business and deal with only serious genuine people who are real sellers~I am not a cheap agent, but very reasonable , I am not a 'discount agent' because my skills are too high so I always make profit for my owners in every sale , discount agents who offer low commission have low negotiating skills which means they cost their owners a lot of money i.e. tens of thousands of dollars if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in 'negligent loss'
