Supported global implementations in CPG, RETAIL, OIL/GAS (each one for a prominent, international firm) from various industry-unique legacy source systems. Integral in all data-related processes, including enforcing data health using best practices for Data Stewardship (both from a source data and a post-load perspective), Data Mapping, Testing for data defects, Conducted data mapping and logic, as well as testing and test scripting for User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing, Functional Acceptance Testing, etc. Led inter-functional (workstream) workshops for clients who wanted to leverage, or ‘make the most of’ their environments. Attendees included the Accenture Team and Executive-level members from the client team. The scope revolved around the scope of functionalities to be best leveraged with the client’s environment from the perspectives of Materials Management (MM), Sales /Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and e-commerce, among others. Provided accurate and pertinent insight to the client pertaining to possible capabilities and potential change impacts, minding the cross-workstream implications of each solution. Responsible for raising any data-health or process-related flags pertaining to the currently-proposed solutions. Responsible for the integrity of all Material Master, Customer / Vendor (BP) Master, and Financial Master data over the course of my three major implementation roles with the firm. Typically served as a liaison, converting technical terminology into layman’s terms for the functional business teams and working towards complete solutions.
