In my role as a Senior Business Analyst (Configuration and Testing Analyst) at WTW in the Health & Benefits industry, I have a range of responsibilities that contribute to the successful implementation of HR systems. One of my primary tasks is setting up the application using Microsoft SQL, HTML, and Markdown. This involves configuring and customizing the systems to meet the specific needs of our clients.Furthermore, I have the responsibility of reviewing the work of Junior Business Analysts to ensure that it aligns with our team's standards and meets the requirements provided. This helps maintain consistency and quality in our deliverables.Creating and reviewing test plans based on provided specifications is another important aspect of my role. These test plans outline the steps and scenarios that need to be tested to ensure the functionality and reliability of the HR systems and other tools for the company. By meticulously planning and executing tests, I help identify any issues or areas of improvement that need to be addressed before the systems are deployed.In addition to my role as a Configuration and Testing Analyst, I also take on the responsibilities of a Project Lead. This involves coordinating and collaborating with various team members across multiple projects, overseeing their implementations, and ensuring that they are executed smoothly and are on schedule.Furthermore, I act as a Product Manager, focusing on enhancing internal processes and tools such as Test Tracking, Time Tracking, Access Management, and Configuration Automation. By continuously improving these tools and streamlining internal workflows, I contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the team.To keep all stakeholders informed and maintain transparent communication, I provide regular status reports on the progress of implementations and initiatives. These reports help ensure that everyone involved is aware of the project's status and any potential challenges or risks that may arise.Outside of my assigned responsibilities, I actively seek ways to optimize current work processes, striving for greater efficiency and higher quality. This may involve finding innovative solutions, proposing enhancements, or alternative approaches to improve the overall outcomes of our projects.Overall, my role as a Senior Business Analyst at WTW entails a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a proactive mindset to drive successful implementations, improve internal processes, and deliver high-quality solutions in the Health & Benefits industry.
