John Battershell is the Director of Engineering at Evolve Energy, LLC since 2020. John has more than 3 decades of experience in high-speed turbomachinery specializing in the new product development, marketing and sales, engineering, manufacturing, production, and on-site commissioning. John received his BSME in 1987 and worked 23 years at Cameron Compression (now Ingersoll-Rand) and 10 years at Dresser-Rand (now part of Siemens) and nearly all of those years was in new product development. At the core, John is an expert at visualizing new concepts for turbomachinery and turning concepts into prototypes, then to production, and on through installation in the field. John’s experience and close Interaction with all stakeholders during the concept-to-completion progression ensured customer satisfaction with the final products that are still being produced and sold today at Ingersoll Rand and Siemens.
