With the use of heavy equipment and machinery to complete the task are as follows: single and double needle four foot neck Adler sewing machines, ten KW deep throat c-press vinyl welder, forty-five ton crane, two ton fork lift. I fabricate, design and interpret customer blue prints and follow accurate dimensions and measurements to produce the best possible product. Working at the CSMS#1, “other duties as assigned” are: - the Machine Shop fabricate precise parts by using the lathe, the milling machine, the band saw, the brake drum lathe, and the drill press, - the Welding Shop using the welder to repair truck parts, fabricate new product from tables, racks, and crates etc., - the Body Shop repair trucks, trailers and other vehicles, - the Radiator Shop repair and assemble new and used radiators, - the Wood Shop fabricate items out of wood from crates to tables and display cases and other one off designs from concept and/or blueprints from customers , - the Paint Shop prepping, sanding, sand blasting, taping, and painting of vehicles and other jobs, - the Sign Shop, fabricate signs and decals by use of a computer, router, plotter and an edge printer. Having to read, interpret and develop prints, sketches and or schematics for customers and produce the products in a timely schedule, - the Glass Shop repair, fabricate vehicle windows, and one off glass cases for awards and display cabinets. All of these Shops demand a lot of skill and talent. I am fortunate to have worked in the Service Section, where I have became proficient in all the Allied Trades by being cross-trained in all the Service Section Shops over the past 26 years that I have worked there.
