Senior HR Business Partner at NIRAS- Supporting managers realizing NIRAS global strategy through shaping a perfect organization and unlocking the potential of our talents- Optimizing leadership and decision making in a knowledge-based global organization populated with highly skilled employees- Boosting talent attraction to build a team that are able to deliver complex business solutions in a competitive and fast paced environment- Supporting management teams in their business model with simple solutions- Offer guidance on HR best practice and policy to managers cross the organisation- Implement strategic, organizational and people initiatives: colleague engagement, organizational design, change management, talent attraction and succession planning- Driving global HR change projects regarding strategic continuous L&D - Advise on organizational and people implications of changes and assist changes locally and global- HR advice to line managers in areas including performance management, absence, performance reviews- HR metrics for assigned business area, including Headcount, Absence, Performance Review- Support management teams on removing root causes of issues of when quick wins or long-term solutions are appropriate
