As a Canadian Forces Veteran with extensive IM/IT expertise and credentials, I am eager to support a Kingston / Belleville / Quinte West area organization. I bring strong workload prioritization, interpersonal, issue resolution, troubleshooting and documentation capabilities while serving on-site and remote end-users. Attuned to functioning in 24-7-365, secure operational environments, I resolve hardware, software, workstation and connectivity issues swiftly. If security clearance is needed, my "Top Secret" and "Secret" clearances are easily transferable from the Canadian Forces Military Police Headquarters Personal Screening Office in Ottawa.Serving in the military 27+ years was great, but it's time to leverage my skill-set permanently in one community.
