Created testing methods for integrating new hardware and software from an international acquisition in the UK. After working closely and diligently with our new UK partners we were able to deliver an exciting new product in an entirely new market, that was ahead of schedule and well received. Contributed to a successful transition of company products from XP to Win10 through end to end testing across client, mobile, and server functionalities.Converted all QA test cases from DevTrack to JIRA, including updating legacy test cases and cleaning up any redundancies. Maintained an accurate and all encompassing dashboard using JIRA. Ensuring constant awareness of the status of every bug and test case under current QA project headings. This contributed to increased accuracy and timeliness in defect reporting and resolution across all QA teams.
