Daily management oversight of a 225 FTE staff. Oversaw the development, construction and startup of 10 new full service banking facilities in Northern Illinois and 1 full service loan production office located in North Miami Beach, Florida taking the group from 6 to 16 branches, total assets grew from $85 million to $1.6 billion of which $1.2 billion were in loans, $1.45 billion in deposits and $170.0 million in capital. All the time growing ROA from .32 to 1.35% in the seven years along with ROE increasing to 13%. Served as Chair Person of Chicago’s Large Loan Committee from 1997 to 1999.
