Yes, I know, I am a very lucky guy !I have the chance to combine my hobby (scuba-diving) and my job (civil-engineering) into a passion job.I began scuba when I was 16. I travelled a lot and gain experience all over the world. End 1996, I designed a project called NEMO33. It tooks me a few years to convince investors, bankers that it will be a success. None believes (except one). After a serious market study, a long run to define needs, technical solutions, and a too long building period, we opened the doors in 2004.I learned a lot from this adventure. I made mistakes. I understood. Even if NEMO33 is known as a success story, I still consider it as a prototype (I continue to finetune everyday) and which now deserves a master piece.If you know a democratic country where regulation is not a brake to novelty (as, pitty, it is in my old Belgium, my homeland), let me know and I 'll bring my expertises with much pleasure.
