That achievement led to two high profile roles at BAA Plc., first as Director of their Business Support Centre and later as Group Financial Controller.My reputation as a change agent grew and I was approached by Aon UK to revitalise its shared service centre which I achieved with 4-years leading to my promotion to Operational Excellence Director of EMEA and APAC and from there to Chief Operating Officer of EMEA Broking & Global Broking before my retirement in 2016 – after which I was immediately retained to deliver a project on behalf of Aon and Bank of Ireland.Latterly, I have been engaged as Non-executive Director & Chair of Audit Committee at Xceedance International Ltd. With a remit to establish independent oversight and governance, review and approve potential acquisitions, and attended Board meetings to monitor performance and controls.
