As the Managing Director of SPS Group Services, I lead a regional service provider that employs over 1200 personnel in the security and cleaning industry, as well as offering industrial and technical services. With more than 23 years of experience in facilities management, I have developed a strong expertise in creating and delivering integrated and combined service solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients across various sectors.My mission is to provide transparency, professionalism, and innovation in the service industry, and to build long-term partnerships with our clients based on best value and mutual trust. I oversee the operations of our head office in Hull, which operates a 24-hour help desk and remote monitoring centre, and our two regional offices in Leeds and Lincoln. I also invest in our staff and ensure they receive the best training and support to deliver excellent customer service in the safest and most sustainable way possible.
