- Managed 350k sq. ft. warehouse, less than truckload (LTL) and dedicated truckload (TL) operations, customers service and dispatch staff and material handlers. - Staff: LTL & dedicated TL drivers (27), Customer Service & Dispatch (14), material handlers (9).- Collaborate with corporate team in creating/executing savings activities, inventory reduction, business development, Lean initiatives, and cash flow improvements.

Greater Detroit Area

- Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and expertise for program covering 16 locations throughout North America.- Hired, trained and managed an off-site inventory control (MRP) and logistics staff that provided superior customer service that exceeded customer expectations.- Developed continuous improvement strategy to identify staffing constraints and strategic opportunities that would benefit the customer and the enterprise.

- Direct responsibility for network design and procurement services focused on improving cube utilization, increasing carrier service metrics and lowering total landed transportation costs. - Participated and directed face to face customer meetings to discuss enterprise performance and identify tactical strategies to improve customer and corporate performance.- Developed a comprehensive supply chain strategy, utilizing all transportation modes, creating emphasis on cost, utilization, service and expandability.- Developed and implemented new service offering focused on inventory management, inbound & reverse logistics as well as financial performance.
