No time? No tools? No talent? No patience?Frequently, people put off basic maintenance or simple repairs for these top reasons.It’s a fact. Procrastination never fixed anything but it has allowed a lot of deterioration. If I cannot do a proper job at a reasonable cost, I will tell you. If I can save money by looking through the leftovers from other jobs and using them, I will. And best of all, I am happy to take a look at something without charging. Sometimes, if I can’t fix it, I know someone who can. Masonry, racking repairs and inspections, fencing and painting, general home and light industrial maintenance services at prices which won’t make you flinch. It’s what you need. It’s what I do.
