Accomplishments include leading the treasury function through a multi year realignment to adjust from a low-debt publicly traded paradigm to a privately held paradigm with $2.8B external debt. This included changes to team structure in terms of geography, approach, and skillset, as well as the adoption of new technologies such as the Kyriba TMS. Successfully implemented a $300M securitized AR facility, paid down external debt and repurchased bonds sufficiently to achieve a credit ratings upgrade, and refinanced $770M senior notes with term loans at lower rates.Tax function achievements during this time include a change to December year end of the global company, adoption of ASC606, and carve out of the PI business. Most recently, was a key member of a restricted deal team, representing the Seller/Management on vendor due diligence as well as deal negotiation and close with respect to the 2021 sale to EQT and GSAM.
