With over 20 years of work experience in the legal field, I am a seasoned and versatile leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams to enhance enterprise-level ethics, compliance, and governance. I have a strong background in dispute resolution, litigation, internal investigations and regulatory matters. As the Legal Director, Governance & Integrity and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Schlumberger, the world's leading provider of technology to the energy industry, I lead the company's integrity and governance activities, and work with the executive management and the board of directors to ensure the highest standards of corporate responsibility, transparency and reporting.In my current role, I manage three separate teams of legal professionals who are responsible for Schlumberger's internal ethics and compliance program, corporate structures, and corporate financial and regulatory reporting. I also partner with the Chief Legal Officer and the executive legal leadership team to oversee a global legal team of over 500 legal professionals, worldwide. Additionally, I leverage my experience and expertise to develop and implement internal policies and procedures that practically reinforce and promote integrity throughout the company.
