Beran was responsible for operations and technology of Comerica's Service Company on a national basis including:Administrative Services including Disaster Recovery, Merger&Acquistion Implementation, Corporate Records Management, Project Management, Technical Training, and Operations Production Support; Commercial Lending Operations; Corporate Reat Estate and Security; Information Services including Internet Strategy, Information Technology Architecture, Infrastructure Management, Application Support and Development, Emerging Technology Research, and Corporate Information Security; Payment Services including ACH, Wire Transfer, Check and Image Services, Cash Vault, Card, Deposit and Lockbox Operations; and Enterprise Payments Strategy.
