John is a seasoned investment banker with over 25 years experience, 10 of which have been in senior management and directorship positions. He's areas of expertise range from Treasury management ,Risk Management, Process Improvents and Financial and Business Analysis. John has also sat on various boards in various industries and currently Chairs The BOOST Fellowship Board, a for non profit organization that specializes in entrepreneurial training for students in universities.Part of his responsibilities in this role have been to represent African on the Council of Chairman Board Committee that advises the Enactus Worldwide Board, that the BOOST Fellowship is affiliated to. John also sits on the Board of Trustees of Barwick School as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Finance Committee, a role he relishes as an opportunity to help the youth rise up towards a brilliant life. John is a founding director and co-owner of Stratus Capital Partners, an Asset Management company licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZIM) and holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. He has walked the length and breath of different forms of finance institutions. John is an entrepreneur in his own right and has various business interests in financial services and Trade and Investment in Zimbabwe and Zambia . He is also a philanthropist and mentor to a lot of up coming business executives. He is married to his lovely wife Tarisai and has two beautiful children Joseph and Getrude.
