Co-founded Adaptive Reasoning with David Vincent in 2010 and have co-led the company with David ever since.

The launch of this Allen & Overy spin-off, which offered legal risk management solutions to the financial services industry, was rated a "standout" innovation in the 2009 Financial Times Innovative Lawyers report. As General Counsel, had wide-ranging responsibilities, including management, legal affairs, product and back-end software development, sales and marketing. Played a key role in developing document and data models for the documents covered by the docGenix inSight service, including the ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Agreements.

As a long-term member of the world's leading derivatives legal practice, advised a host of blue ribbon clients on derivatives law, documentation and practice. Had unusually extensive experience advising on and developing standardised trading agreements, confirmation templates and other related documentation. Highlights included advising the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) on the drafting of several of the industry standard documents for OTC derivatives, including the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement. Another highlight was co-leading the team of lawyers that supported Markit Group's flagship, award-winning Reference Entity Database (RED) for credit derivatives from 2006-2008.
