Temporary contract identifying and documenting financial processes in order to handover to a new appointee. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager in Sweden.

In October 2005 I joined Cameron Systems (Vic) Pty Ltd. “CSV”, a financial software group consisting of the Australian parent and subsidiary companies in USA and UK, with an estimated annual t/o of US$10m. Although the enterprise had been founded in Melbourne it had transferred its primary place of business to Sydney. CSV, trading as CameronFIX, provides a high performance FIX gateway and is used as a stand-alone solution by major members of the global financial industry.I was contracted to assist the Finance Director, based in New York, by providing supporting documentation for a due diligence exercise being undertaken in respect of the sale of the group by it’s shareholders.On 1st February 2006 agreement was reached between the parties and my role extended to providing a consolidated capital statement of the group, as at that date, to determine the purchase price of the group for the new shareholders. Under the terms of the sale control did not transfer until 30 June 2006, and I was appointed as Financial Controller at least for this period. As the sole financial & admin employee for the group my duties encompassed a whole range of financial accounting and management activities.
