Company has relationships with a myriad of lending organizations throughout the country in order to obtain funding from the proper sources to meet each client's needs.

Started and managed this separate lending division for First National Bank of the South, a Carolina based bank, that provided SBA loans throughout the Southeast.

Started and managed Sunbelt Commercial Capital, a separate subsidiary for Lighthouse Financial Services, a Hilton Head-based federally licensed banking group, providing SBA loans throughout the Southeast. Bank entity was sold to SunTrust Bank in '03 and dissolved by SunTrust in '04.

Responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the company, including four regional offices covering two-thirds of the US. Researched, developed strategic plan and implemented the start-up of the company. Served as the only Investment Analyst for Reedy River Ventures, a $6 million SBA-licensed Small Business Investment Company focusing on investments in regional, growth-oriented companies. Responsibilities included all elements of pre-investment analysis and evaluation, design of investment structure, post-investment monitoring of all portfolio companies and exit strategies.

Specialized in arranging debt and equity financing for small businesses primarily in South Carolina.

Acted as a consultant to small businesses via this SBA program which was implemented through the state of South Carolina's university system.
