MANAGE & SERVICE TD BANK LENDING PORTFOLIO (Loan Relationships with a maximum exposure of $1,000,000): Complete both annual and quarterly renewals and reviews of existing TD Bank borrowers. Products services include Business Lines of Credit, Commercial Real Estate Mortgages, Term Loans, Stand-By Letters of Credit, ACH’s, Express Leases, Business Credit Cards, and Business Overdraft Protection Lines. BUSINESS & PERSONAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS: In-depth knowledge and understanding of analyzing various forms of business and personal federal tax returns and additional financial statements. Federal returns include forms include 1120, 1120S, 990, Schedule C, Schedule E, and Form 1040’s. In-depth analysis of balance sheets, income statements, M-1, M-2 and any additional statements. Calculate both business and personal cash flow to compute global debt service coverage ratios for lending relationships. Calculate Collateral coverage ratios, along with borrower’s liquidity, leverage position, and profit margins.CREDIT REPORT ANALYSIS: Analyze both business and personal credit reports and calculate borrower and guarantor’s credit worthiness in terms of lending relationship with TD Bank.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide exceptional, timely service to both external borrowers and customers and internal team members and relationship managers within TD Bank. Work seamlessly with both branch managers and Small Business Relationship Managers to provide all borrower’s with first-class service. Follow all Federal, State, and Banking rules and regulations (SBA).COMPUTER & LENDING SOFTWARE: Interact with automated lending commercial lending software including Maestro, Fidelity, CMOD, Portico, SHAW Operations Workbench, and FileNet along with various Microsoft Programs including Access, Excel, and Word.

•Handling the entire loan processing cycle; evaluating loan applications, performing risk analysis and underwriting, making credit decisions, and administering loan closings•Successfully soliciting and selling our products through customized sales techniques•An expert in recognizing customer’s needs and providing appropriate solutions•Handle all aspects of past due account adjustments, including repayment of delinquent accounts, overcoming objections and finding alternatives to delinquency•Offering additional insurance products
