• Oversee over a total of 3million sq. ft. of Fire Alarm systems and components.• Oversee over a total of 3million sq. ft. of Card Access systems and associated hardware.• Oversee over a total of 3million sq. ft of Network infrastructure including all Telecom rooms.• Manage 3 separate teams of technicians (Fire Alarm, Card Access, Network) • Implement all scheduling and testing of systems in accordance with codes and regulations.• Examine all construction drawings, blueprints and make recommendations.• Conduct monthly safety meetings. Ensure employees are completing safety training as required bythe company and OSHA.• Attend weekly Leadership meetings.• Manage employee and project schedules. Coordinate, direct and monitor all subcontractors.• Order and maintain inventory. Assists Directors with annual budgets proposals.• Maintain a positive line of communications with superiors, and outside governmental authorities, and oversee that all required corrections are resolved in a timely manner to meet code compliant.• Manage and approve all employee time reporting, to also include all vacation and sick occurrences.• Manage and maintain vehicle inspections, repairs and general maintenance.• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all systems and equipment.

• Networkingo Install and service surveillance cameras.o Install, test, and certify copper and fiber cabling.o Conduct needs assessment for wire management and recommend equipment requirements, o Conduct regular preventative maintenance of Network equipment.o Design and install the installation of Fiber room racks and equipment for network services.o Execute the placement of fiber and copper patch cable, including labeling and port mapping. o Troubleshoot, test, and repair all data outlets in Residence Halls for connectivity.o Install, maintain, and upgrade wireless access ports within all of Residence halls.• Fire Alarm: mentor staff with maintenance of fire alarms • Card Access: troubleshoot and make repairs of Residence Area card access entrance doors.• Cable: install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace cabling and outlets• Telephone: install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace cabling and associated equipment. • Cox Cable/AT&T: coordinate repairs and advise of locations.• Blueprint assessment: suggest changes and/or additions to Residence Hall blueprints.• Underground Utilities: use locating equipment to locate Telephone, Coax, and Fiber Optic cables. • Diagnostic equipment: Operate and maintain.• Records: maintain service logs, repair orders, inventory, create orders for materials/equipment
