* Drive HR Analytic strategy, develop and deliver a suite of tools for all people leaders to make decisions based on strong personnel business intelligence and predictive analytics. * Drive and execute on critical HR-supporting technology solutions as well as workforce strategies to meet both current and future business challenges. * Manage the overall workforce planning process; including hiring plan forecasting and development, contractor and exempt workforce management, and employment trend analysis. * Use SAS, SQL, Tableau to analyze, audit, and automate information for reports/processes in Human Resources.

* Use SAS to analyze, audit, and automate information for reports/processes in finance.* Use Tableau to build interactive reports and dashboards to support operating expense management.* Work with business to assist in design/development of reports/processes to find solutions to business problems.

* Develop risk modeling algorithms with SAS to support reliability and roadway planning groups in capital planning.* Use SAS to analyze, audit, and load data for reports/processes in various areas of engineering.* Lead engineering IT team in support of application development and enterprise asset management initiative.* Lead and work with technology services projects to support engineering application development.

* Create and maintain reports per customer request using SAS, SQL, and other BI Tools in various areas of engineering.* Develop analysis models, risk models, and field reports in support of the reliability engineering team.* Communicate with SMEs within engineering to gather requirements and analyze data for reports/projects/applications.* Work as business liaison with technology services to facilitate and implement requirements in support of engineering.

* Create and maintain reports per customer request using SAS, SQL, and other BI Tools in various areas of engineering as well as working with other departments such as strategic sourcing and finance.* Develop business requirements based on customer needs for maintenance/enhancements for various engineering applications.* Work as a business liaison with technology services for engineering planning and scheduling applications.* Assist in development, testing, training, and implementation of new engineering applications.

* Assist in design, development, testing, training and implementation of various new processes.* Provide technical support and training for all phases of engineering support.* Create and maintain reports per customer and department request using SAS, SQL and BI Query.* Work as a liaison with technology services for engineering support department.* Support engineering time review process and programs.
