After 18 years in the RV industry, a majority of it spent in Executive Leadership, I'm excited for the next opportunity in my career. I've spent the last 12 years with Mike Thompson's RV in Orange County California, and couldn't be more proud and grateful for what we've accomplished together, the relationships that have been built, and the character of the team and organization. I've also been blessed with an amazing partner with two great boys with a baby girl on the way. It's been surreal being able to spend some amazingly valuable time with them over the past few months and get some well needed rest after an exciting and intense tenure with MTRV. I'm now looking to bring a strong industry knowledge coupled with a proven leadership ability to a high paced, aggressive, ambitious organization.
