Reported directly to Group International Trade Finance Manager in Melbourne, Australia. Rewarded with a place in the Auckland Leadership team to focus on Auckland wide growth and staff satisfaction initiatives and a place on the National Australia Bank (Parent company) Executive Development Programme.

Latterly offered a position based out of Hong Kong implementing International Trade Finance system implentation across the Group worldwide but declined on the basis of family reasons.
