Now looking for new opportunitiesI was the IT Programme Manager for the Global programme for New Plants across all sectors of the Johnson Matthey business and across all geographies. I am responsible for the programme of work implementing the IT infrastructure, applications and processes for all new plants throughout JM, working to the highest standards of architectural solutions and programme governance and collaborating with the Sector senior management and the Plant Build project teams.Before this, I was Senior SAP Service Delivery Manager for Johnson Matthey worldwide. Whilst in this role I was responsible for putting together the ERP components of the Process Technology division's Business Strategy, before implementing a series of developments and company roll-outs worldwide to help deliver that strategy for the division. Since April 2015, I've moved on to delivering a series of projects across Europe, India and the Far East, from individual company configurations to significant multi-site, multi-company, multi-instance patching and Tax migrations. I am now managing multiple projects, from single-site new functions to new global functional implementations, directly managing internal project managers and through external on- and off-shore partners.
