I manage all aspects of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) business & services at 17 different locations for the Confluence Health Organization. Team leader. CHAP survey & successful re-accreditation. Survey readiness. Management of Policies and procedures. Managed and completed a re-pricing of over 2000 DME items in 2023. Maintain CMS and WA state regulatory compliance. Overhaul and create improved DME order sets in EPIC. Build new DME items into our supply line, new hospital supply, building charges/pricing, and teamwork with SCM. Lead a quarterly Process Improvement (PI) presentation to the PI committee. Build and improve DME dispensing, ordering, and application workflows. Monitor changes in CHAP, CMS/Medicare, and state or local health codes and guidelines. Update all DME forms, processes, and business applications to comply with the organization's move to Single Entity Tax Integration (SEI).

I was the Boy Scouts of America, St. Joseph's cub scout Pack 8 leader. We held weekly meetings, I led the meetings, and organized parents and members to have successful goal accomplishment, badge and merit earning, as well as camping and community fund-raising events. We ran the "Flap Jack Fundraiser" in cohorts with Applebee's franchise once each year in my leadership role. This opportunity gave all parents, cub scouts, and their siblings a chance to learn to internal workings of a business, as well as how to earn money, by opening Applebees restaurant for breakfast.
