I possess extensive field experience and administrative knowledge in civil, structural, track and wayside signals systems within the railroad industry. My responsibilities include the initial review of the designs, development of specifications and budgets, procurement of materials, development of the safety and quality control standards, oversight of construction activities, leading progress meetings, review of all costs and schedules, which contribute to the meticulous execution and closeout of high-profile projects.
