As a Senior Director of Operations I am responsible for the Western half of the United States stretching from Texas to Anchorage Alaska. I have 4 Regional Managers and 4 Regional Chefs reporting to me. The position entails but is not limited to personnel development, team building, financial accountability, budgeting, food quality and overall cost controls. I also work closely with all other department heads designing and implementing new programs and initiatives for the company.
