Duties involved dealing with any problems that arose during the busy periods so that everything ran smoothly. This also included running breaks, motivating and training old and new staff . This also involved me correcting staff on procedures that were not followed. I was also expected to do the daily, weekly and monthly stock count, handling money and making sure stock is used in rotation
