Liaised with Landlords and Tenants in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate transactions including leasing, sales, lease renewals, subleasing and assignments, and identification and analysis of potential locations for lease.Tenant Representation - Assess tenant clients workspace needs. Research potential locations for consideration, provide financial analysis of lease rates, construction and other fixed costs, negotiate lease terms, manage third party subcontractors involved in legal review, construction, and moving.Landlord Representation - Lead teams responsible for filling vacancies at various commercial buildings up to 140,000 square feet. Manage marketing efforts, lead generation, lease negotiations, and construction of tenant improvements.

Commercial Leasing and Sales/ Property Development - Negotiated 117 commercial leases. Managed significant Tenant Improvement construction projects in behalf of Landlords and Tenants, developed two commercial projects. Property Development - Analyzed potential land acquisitions and provided financial analysis to investors for purchase of land parcel. Obtained Entitlements through city and managed architects, engineers, contractors, and related providers to develop 30,000 square foot industrial property; Brokered sale of 18 individual units and managed owners association for first year, including creating operating budget and conducting quarterly meetings of all owners.
