Responsible for developing ,leading and executing the business strategy of Dow Coating Materials (DCM) ANZ, including planning and implementing all the sales activities, combining effective management of current business with robust new business development & innovation component in order to meet current and 3-5 year strategic sales objectives for retention, growth and profitability. Also responsible for managing, training, developing and motivating the sales organization consistent with global DCM business objectives.Extensive experience in leading & developing multi-functional teams, P&L management, strategic planning and execution in the B2B space.
