Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analytics Director. Responsible for providing financial leadership, analysis and business reporting to the marketing team and other stakeholders within the Presto business unit. Provide strategic and tactical direction on Profit and Loss impact of in-market activity. Conduct planning and scoping for investment proposals. Track performance against budget. Lead evaluation and financial modeling of customer pricing and promotion activities.

Reporting to the Finance Operations Director. Manages two/four direct reports. Responsible for leading plant finance and costing staff that supports six plant locations. Develops and maintains consolidated plant financials, executive management reporting, operational reporting, cost containment initiative reporting, and end-of-period analysis communication. Assists with item profitability, across-plant performance comparison, labor/OH rates, forecasting, target setting, and other analysis as necessary. Coordinates and implements strategic initiatives. Prepares manufacturing spending analysis, plant budgets, financial statements, cost estimates, profitability analysis, and capital request justifications. Provides performance reports to management to support company and plant goals. Manages the process of building labor budgets, which accounts for roughly 65% of plant expense.
