I am qualified with the ACCA since 2013 and have worked in an Insolvency role since commencing my training in 2010. I have an extensive range of experience with receivership's, having dealt with commercial court litigation, closing down large trading entities, resolving complex planning issues and led build out assignments which included obtaining planning permissions and management of a design team. I've also worked on a number creditor voluntary liquidations with responsibility for all aspects of the assignment including the s.56 investigations, processing employee claims, collection of debtors, realisation of assets, agreeing creditor claims and filling of statutory reports.
