The team provided project design consultation and recommendations, build and supported both internal and external customer databases. I also transitioned the team and operational structure to a shared onshore and offshore support model from an 'onshore only support structure', facilitating the setup and up-skilling of an offshore team.

Led a team of Virtual Server Engineers and technical experts providing the management, support, and operations of Telstra's Virtual Machine (VM) Farm. The VM Farm consisted of approximately 10,000 VMs, the environment provided compute for 'business critical' applications as well as customer impacting media and digital products.

Network and Operations manager for Telstra's Alcatel-Lucent Intelligent Network. This portfolio included Telstra Pre-Paid Mobile, Inbound (FreeCall 1800, 1300 & 13xxxx) products, Pre-Paid Card Products and a number of value-added products and platforms. Leading this team during the integration, commissioning and ongoing support for the first pre-paid mobile platform for Telstra. Working hand in hand with Product Management and key stakeholders, my team and I successfully raised Telstra's Pre-Paid Mobile product to top ranking by 2011, based on customers and revenue.

This roll was a 'green fields' role and required the development and then set-up of operational support structure for the Telstra INBOUND 'calling line dependent routing' product and platform (now known as One3 i.e. 13xxxx). This included recruitment and fill of the technical support & operations team, liaison with sales and corporate customers around product issues and then driving technical or process resolutions to many issues. Further, it required the ongoing management of the operational team and technical aspects of products and platform. This platform consisted a large IT network and servers spread over the country.
