Take it apart to see how it works, and then put it back together again. That sentence describes my way of thinking and my curiosity for all things mechanical. Most of my career I've learned how to be a 'fixer' of many mechanical devices ranging from small engines to large scale heavy diesel equipment. In recent years, as a Fleet Manager, I have been trained in corporate leadership and effective employee management. This training has helped me become an effective and fair manager while working in the fast growing energy sector. Outside of work, you can find me in my garage setting up and fine tuning my late model dirt track race car. You might also find me at the local gun range where I am the instructor and coach to a local youth organization's competitive shotgun team.
