I founded WellHaven with the conviction that each veterinarian and pet parent make a difference when it comes to the profession. I built this practice to make teams feel supported because when we all work together, pets get better care and the practice and the people inside the hospitals will grow.In less then 3 years, WellHaven owned 33 hospitals, built 11 de novo hospitals, and enrolled nearly 10,000 clients on wellness plans. As of today, WellHaven’s group of practices are doing close to $60 million and employing 500 passion-filled associates across the United StatesVeterinarians that own their practice, who built their hospital brick by figurative brick, are illustrative of all that is great about this profession. They're our guiding light. We can help an independent practice quiet the logistical, technological, and administrative noise. That's when pets come first; that's the way it should be.Simply, our core convictions are modeled after those of the veterinarians. We go the extra mile to make sure that each WellHaven practice embodies them to a T. For us, making a name for WellHaven is not an end game. We're here to create a space for veterinarians, capable staff members, and others within the profession looking to put their skills to work in a way that feels at once fulfilling and exciting. Responsible for a $1.5 Billion P&L inside 1,000 hospitals.
