My roles at BIMA include but not limited to; Recruiting and training sales agents,Offer support to Marketing and sales manager on developing strategy and implimenting it.Supervising and assisting the sales agents in their field sales activities.

As the General Manager of Dash-s Technologies in Uganda, my roles include but are not limited to the following, ensure that all functions and structures of the company are running perfectly through close monitoring of each department and making proper accountability of funds disbursed, ensuring that proper staffing is done in each and every department, continued followup on the business and prospective clients. Still and will always be an active member of the marketing team since it is a trait that I poses in me.

Dash-s Technologies Inc. is the official distributor of Philips Medical systems in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, my job was to develop a marketing plan and strategies to market medical Equipment, manage the sales team in Uganda, promote the Philips Brand and Dash-s Technologies Inc. brand and ensure that we provide the best customer service on the market in our territories of operation, Doing Market intelligence to discover what our clientele needs and what their plans for equipping their facilities are, Manage and participate in conferences and events that bring potential clients together to get their views about our products and generate leads and prospects fro the conferences and events.

Horizon communications is a Public Relations and communications company that produces product publicity campaigns and manages events and promotions for various companies in Uganda.My roles at Horizon Communications included the following;• Proposal writing and presentation to prospective client.• Advertising Concept developer for horizon communication. • Providing public relations services to the company.• Marketing company products to prospective clients such as advertising on various radio slots and programme sponsorship.making daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports about the progress of the marketing department and gathering market intelligence for the company.

Uganda Breweries Ltd, is the the leading alcoholic beverage manufacturer in Uganda with some of the most superior beer brands such as Guinness, Bell Lager, Tusker, superior spirits such as Uganda Waragi, Bond7, Smirnoff Vodka, Gilbeys, and so much more; My job description here was; • Monitor and oversee progress of sales of all company products in the region • Collect and maintain customer data base of all existing clients in the region• Organize and carry out promotions for all the company Products• Ensure proper branding and visibility of all Uganda Breweries products in the existing• Improve product preference among the customers.
