I have a strong background in engineering and business, with a BS in Engineering Physics from Oregon State University and an MBA from Rensselaer Hartford Graduate Center.My mission is to drive quality excellence at Ford by collaborating to produce best practices and processes, providing timely and data-driven reports and analyses, and leading quality training sessions for the underbody organization. I also harness big data and Alteryx to automate and create more comprehensive reports, reducing processing time from 2 days to 45 minutes. In my previous role as a Transmission Quality Supervisor, I earned the highest quality powertrain plant award at Ford and managed quality for all FWD traditional and hybrid transmissions. I am passionate about engineering, quality, and customer satisfaction, and I am always looking for new ways to improve and innovate.I am honored to serve as a Board Member for the Appropriate Technology Collaborative, a non-profit that I am very passionate about.
