When necessary, served as the principal point of contact and reviewing official for OPR and disciplinary matters.As a Team Leader, I led and managed a team of 8 to 10 Investigative Specialists in daily surveillance operations in support of Foreign Counterintelligence and/or Counterterrorism investigations. Oversaw all aspects of surveillance operations from planning through execution of the final product. Was responsible for the performance ratings of Investigative Specialists and conducted periodic performance reviews of Investigative Specialists, both written and verbal. Managed the personnel folders of the Investigative Specialists, as well as oversaw, recommended and approved training.
