As a Training Coordinator, I developed and led teams of 6 to 8 new Investigative Specialists during their probationary period in daily surveillance operations in support of Foreign Counterintelligence and/or Counterterrorism investigations. Served as a leader and mentor to these new Investigative Specialists as they became familiar with all aspects of surveillance operations. Oversaw the career development of the new Investigative Specialists and augmented their surveillance skills in real life situations. I received the MEDAL OF EXCELLENCE for the development of this program in 2016.As a Coordinator I oversaw 17 teams of 8 to 10 Investigative Specialists in their daily surveillance activities. Handled the certifying of WEB T&A, and managing leave and pay requests. I also managed the SSG offsite location facility, which included maintenance and repairs. Responsible for a seven figure budget and handled all billing matters. When necessary, served as the principal point of contact and reviewing official for OPR and disciplinary matters.As a Team Leader, I led and managed a team of 8 to 10 Investigative Specialists in daily surveillance operations in support of Foreign Counterintelligence and/or Counterterrorism investigations. Oversaw all aspects of surveillance operations from planning through execution of the final product. Was responsible for the performance ratings of Investigative Specialists and conducted periodic performance reviews of Investigative Specialists, both written and verbal. Managed the personnel folders of the Investigative Specialists, as well as oversaw, recommended and approved training.
