I am currently in my 35th year as a Community Banker - 22 years as a Rotarian - community minded with service to many for profit boards and not for profit boards. I still believe that banking is relationship driven and I deliver customer service the old fashion way along with innovative ideas. I have been involved in all areas of commercial lending for over 30 years with specialty in CRE lending. Also, I was the Shenandoah Valley Region Operations Officer for 9 years with responsibilities in market development, personnel, branch location and development, IT and other operational duties. Currently, I serve as the Regional Senior Vice President for our Shenandoah Valley Region. My responsibilities now include market development, recruitment and retention of key management staff and strategic planning for development and expansion of the region and the bank. My focus is always on the needs of my customers and employees and how I can meet those needs with a mutually beneficial solution. Although proud of my career, I am most proud of my family! My beautiful wife of 35 years, two wonderful children (and their spouses) and 6 grandchildren that are my world. God has blessed me abundantly!
