Driving forward tools and procedures to reduce process variation leading to improved business effectiveness.Key Accountabilities:• Analyse and identify and improve existing operations for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.• Investigate operational problems affecting business processes and provide recommendations • Identity process improvements through the use of Quality Tools, CSF data, Audit records focusing on reduction of waste.• Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, run time, cost reduction and recommend improvements and ensure loop is closed through verification. • Liaise with external customers and suppliers as directed, also internal teams involved in improvement projects.• Providing monthly reports and presentations for projects to be presented to externals parties, also the internal leadership team.
