The mission at Veterinary Solutions Inc is to provide creative new approaches to old problems. This ultimately led to the creation of Big Dog Ventures, followed by the Dr Boyd's Veterinary Resort brand, and most recently the release of "No Vacancy," a cloud-based SAAS program for pet care providers nationwide.

In 2019, Pathway sought my help in successfully onboarding, transitioning, then operating their sheer volume of newly acquired pet resorts and veterinary hospitals. I provided detailed onsite auditing of Pathway's largest pet resorts across the country. Focusing on operations, facilities, services, culture and staff, I reported my findings and recommendations directly to Pathway's COO. No opportunity for improvement was overlooked, leading the way for more efficient and complete operations with new revenue centers, fewer errors and omissions, improved customer and guest services, as well as improved job satisfaction and profitability within their hospitality portfolio.
