The progressive use of electrical design tools led me in to the world of ECAD and then into the world of EPLAN using engineering design software. From the initial position of support engineer and evolution to senior consultant and this year the Technical Business Manager, the journey has been enjoyable. The look on an engineers face when they see that golden nugget feature that will save them hours of work is still as good to see today as it was in my EPLAN inception. Today I am responsible for the EPLAN Professional Services team covering the UK and Ireland, assisting our customers in training, customer solutions and providing advice on workflows and efficiency gains.I am motivated to create customer solutions for our client's and have a positive impact.
