My firm was established in 1986 and we are developing into a firm that engages primarily in commercial matters including transactions and litigation. Recently we added staff to our Trusts and Estates department and we have expanded our land use department. We continue to provide services in the personal injury area and have an experienced former prosecutor who is providing counsel in a wide variety of criminal matters with concentration in white collar crime. Currently we are a ten person firm and will probably expand to twelve within the year. We are very active in the Bar Associations and many of us engage in teaching CLE courses. I continue to serve on the executive committee as President of the Alexander Hamilton, Inn of Court .Specialties: I am a frequent lecturer in ethics and professional discipline and represent attorneys and other professionals in disciplinary matters. Additionally, I am frequently engaged in commercial and estate litigation including trials.
