Experienced mentor, leader of people, change and customer excellence in both wholesale and retail environments. I left the corporate world in April 2020 and am delighted to become a Board Trustee of 3 great charities, an FE College Governor and in addition a Trustee of the Citizens AdviceMy previous role with TSB ended in March 2020. The role saw me lead a distributed team through divestment from Lloyds Banking Group to create a true challenger bringing TSB back to the UK's high streets. Leading a customer experience programme with external partners that was externally recognised for the customer advocacy createdI was a designated Material Risk Taker in the Senior Manager Regime in my role.A desire for developing people, and creating environments where people can fulfil their potential and achieve what they want, whilst at the same time delivering business results across a wide range of performance metrics.
