Directed Emergency Action compliance and contingency and crisis action planning for the Command Post. Provided reports on status of resources, equipment and training all the way up to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Processed Emergency Action Messages in support of Commander US Strategic Command directives as well as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Named 2010 Command Post of the Year for Air Mobility Command.

Coordinating and managing PR events across the spectrum of operations in Africa. Report, Locate, Support, Recover and Reintegrate personnel who are missing or isolated in the specified area of operations.

As a primary Flight Instructor and Faculty Superintendent, instructed seven 30 academic day classes annually with an average number of 200 students per class. Facilitated a curriculum in line with Air University encompassing the Profession of Arms, Communication and Leadership modules, Drill and Ceremonies, and Physical Fitness for the Air Force's 3rd largest Non-Commissioned Officer Academy. As the Faculty Superintendent for the Communication Team, was responsible for ensuring all updates and changes were made to the curriculum, and all books and references were available for day one students. This academy was responsible for graduating approximately 1400 students per year. Named Instructor of the year for 2003 and 2005.
