John always proved to be a very well presented, supportive and capable individual with good communication, liaison and interpersonal skills. John displayed a keen interest in health and safety and was clear about the right direction for his area of responsibility and the requirements which needed to be met and addressed to ensure the safety of his colleagues. John had a specific interest in electrical safety and demonstrated good knowledge base with a continual desire to learn; John was sure of his subject and whilst he was prepared to listen and consider input from others he did not deviate from ‘what he knew to be right’."
