• Hold the team responsible for attaining goals of the MOS• Manage team to meet “ready time” targets for daily shipments and production runs.• Ensure timely movement of product from the Receiving dock, to Production, and to Shipping• Fully utilize NAV for understanding today’s scheduled inbound and outbound product, and for firm planning production run requirements• Manage team of allocated product movements to Production and to Shipping in order to meet the customer’s quality expectation (or communicate deviation to CIC when applicable)• Communicate with Receiving when a scheduled inbound is needed for same day shipping• Communicate with Production Scheduling when a scheduled inbound is needed for same day production• Liaise & support Receiving, Production, and Shipping regarding quality questions, alternate allocation requests, or requests for deviations to a customer specification• Follow-up with the team to ensure equipment is being used safely and properly• Follow-up with the Inventory Crew Members to ensure accurate inventory reports daily• Evaluate allocated product to customer quality specifications• At the start of the shift, and as bumps/cuts/changes occur throughout the day, Prioritize and delegate work to the HiLo Drivers• Validate picked product prior to dock door advancement• Lead by example and ensure that all company policies and rules are met by the team, including accurately and correctly punching in and out of shifts, and adhering to all food safety related policies

• Oversee beverage orders and preparations ensuring prompt, friendly and efficient service at all times.• Process and balance all monies in bar.• Supervise bar staff on scheduling, reviews and training on processes, procedures and POS System.• Calculate monthly inventory and sales. • Beverage costs decreased monthly from 27% to 18% of (purchases divided by sales).• Update POS System with supply and price changes.• Control bar supplies and beverage orders with suppliers and schedule the deliveries.• Evaluate the beverage, wine and spirit list, highlighting trends and new products. • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations.

• Assist customers with orders and requests. • Perform daily stocking and cleaning of bar and restaurant area.• Manage all money transactions for bar area.
